To access our training courses for A&S in your preferred language, simply visit our website www.safeusediisocyanates.eu and select the language in the top right corner before registering.

We will continue launching all our trainings in all official EU languages.

ISOPA/ALIPA Introduces Train-the-Trainer Training on the Safe Use of Diisocyanates

ISOPA/ALIPA are pleased to announce a comprehensive training program on diisocyanates, aimed at equipping professionals with the necessary knowledge to conduct training to comply with the upcoming REACH restriction on diisocyanates.

Ideal candidates for this training program include professionals with experience in EHS, such as chemists, engineers, and dangerous goods advisors. While prior knowledge of diisocyanates is advantageous, it is not mandatory, making this program accessible to individuals seeking to expand their expertise in this field.

The training program is conducted online over the course of one day with a registration fee of €1250 per participant. The program ensures personalized attention by limiting each session to a maximum of 20 participants.

The training has the following structure:

Introduction
ISOPA/ALIPA in a nutshell
Training on Diisocyanates
REACH Restriction
Training Material Concept
Exam and Certificate

Registrations are now open for the following sessions:

June 22 – 9AM to 4PM (in English)

June 29 - 9AM to 4PM (in German)

July 18 - 9AM to 4PM (in English)

Update: Indicative timeline for the release of the platform in EU languages.

As of today, the training platform is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Polish and Hungarian. All the remaining languages will be available mid-June in the following order: Portuguese, Bulgarian, Romanian, Czech, Slovak, Finnish, Greek, Swedish, Croatian, Slovene, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Danish, Irish, Icelandic.

Due to technical difficulties, we have experienced some delays from the initial indicative timeline. Apologies for the inconvenience.

TÜV Rheinland Akademie free webinar on 31.03.2023

TÜV Rheinland Akademie will organize a free webinar on the safe use of diisocyanates on Friday 31 March at 2pm. ISOPA’s Secretary General, Jörg Palmersheim will give a presentation on the REACH regulation and the options available to fulfil your training obligation. The webinar is open to everyone and will be held in German.

TÜV Rheinland offers courses to certify experts on the Safe Use of Diisocyanates in cooperation with ISOPA/ALIPA

Starting in April, TÜV Rheinland will offer a course to become a certified safety expert on diisocyanates in cooperation with ISOPA/ALIPA. The course is designed for both in-house and external trainers who wish to conduct training on the safe use of diisocyanates within their own companies or for external clients.

With this new course, participants will learn about the REACH restriction that will come into force on 24 August 2023, obtaining information about ISOPA/ALIPA's training materials and selecting the appropriate training for the target audience.

Latest news on the availability of the training platform in EU languages

Our team is working hard to reach our goal to make the digital training platform accessible in all official languages of the European Union. The platform is already available in six languages (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch).

We are now in the process of translating and proofreading the training material in no less than 18 additional languages. We would like to inform you that the 6 next languages in which the platform will be accessible are Bulgarian, Hungarian, Polish, Portuguese and Romanian. They will be live in March 2023 and followed by the 12 remaining languages before June 2023.

Here is an indicative timeline for the future release of languages:
