How can do I change the details in my user accounts (e. g. Name,  address, ...)  ?

To change the details of your user account:

• Log on with your user in passport
• Select the me menu on the top right of the windows
• Select my account 
• Click on the icon with a pen
• Edit and save our details

How can you book further training with an existing user account?

To book additional trainings:

• Select the training that you wish to book via the training selection page.
• Click on Register
• then log on with your existing passport account
• book the training

The web based trainings will be available in all EU languages.  

To participate in a web based training you need:

• an E-Mail Adresse for registration
• an up-to-date brower
• browser coopies must be allowed
• access to vimeo videos

A web based training is an self learning online course. This course is not facilitated by a trainer. You can book this training here.

Once landed on the dedicated website describing the training options, you will:

1. Click on the desired training (whether web-based, virtual or classroom)
2. Register online to that specific training, with all required fields
3. Receive a confirmation via email – with:

• • all the details of the reservation
  • a unique QR code (for classroom training)
  • all relevant documents in attachment (if needed)
  • links to the online trainings or directions to the physical session
  • link to the online certification portal
